Mills Albert Wellington Lions name side for Southland clash

After an incredible start to the season, the Mills Albert Wellington Lions head into storm week unbeaten.

The Lions go head-to-head with Southland at Porirua Park this weekend and look to earn their 18th consecutive win against the side.

Wellington Lions Head Coach Alando Soakai has named his side, with some familiar faces returning to the starting lineup.

No changes to the front row this week, after a spectacular showing against Canterbury. Filo Paulo returns to the forward pack, with Hugo Plummer providing impact off the bench.

Jackson Garden-Bachop moves back into the fold to start at first-five, with Callum Harkin coming off the bench. Matt Proctor returns from injury, and partners with Stanley Solomon who earns his first start on the wing.
