Wellington Lions welcomes back CareVets as a Major Partner for the 2024 season
Wellington Rugby Football Union is thrilled to announce that CareVets has returned as a Major Partner for the Wellington Lions and Wellington Pride in 2024.
CareVets has been providing care to Kiwi pets for over 15 years. Proudly New Zealand owned and operated, CareVets mission is to provide the utmost Veterinary care to keep our pets happy and healthy.
CareVets Director Nick Cooper says, “We’re honoured to extend our partnership with the Wellington Lions for another year. As genuine fans of the game, we can’t wait to build on our existing relationship with a team that fosters connectivity and community.”
CareVets have been proud supporters of the Lions for years and have previously sponsored try-scoring jersey number 11. They return this year on the shoulders of both our Wellington Lions and Wellington Pride jerseys.

CareVets have solidified themselves as the experts in Veterinary care, with over 21 clinics across the North Island. The team is made up of experienced Veterinarians, Nurses, Technicians, Groomers and Carers to ensure their clients, and their pets, are in the best hands possible.
